By submitting an advert you are agreeing to all the below terms and conditions.

Photos graphics and text submitted with classifieds must have the permission from the photographer or author before use. people shown in the photos must also have given their written permission before use. No copy righted material is to be submitted to this site. You the advertiser are responsible for this, we will remove any advert that has any suspicion of being copy righted or inappropriate.

All classifieds are FREE, commercial adverts selling equestrian products from businesses online stores, tack shops, will NOT be accepted. Adverts from online stores, tack shops will NOT be accepted. The service is for the equestrian community only.

Our classified service is for the equestrian community, Equine Classifieds are mealy offering advertising space. Any miss use of this service will result in your advert being removed, and if necessary your information will be passed on to the authorities.

Classifieds will be removed or marked as sold when we are instructed to do so by the submitter. This can be done by completing the provided cancel an advert postal form or by email, contact: Email to cancel your advert. Adverts are removed after four months, you must re list your advert after this time.

For Identification purposes the submitters email, password, and advert name will be required for the cancellation of any classifieds.

When you enter your contact telephone number on the advert posting form, this information will be included in your advert, unless specifically stated otherwise via email. contact Email

Your email will NOT be shown to other users unless specifically stated to do so in the postal form. You must select NO to (show email) if you do not wish your email address shown.

Equine Classifieds are mealy offering advertising space, and is NOT responsible for any items or services offered on this site. Any disputes to be taken to the buyer or seller.

Any alterations to your advert can be made by email to Email and your advert will be amended.

By selecting the receive newsletter you will receive regular news from Equine Classifieds, about offers, this can be cancelled at any time. All adverts are checked by admin before they are shown on the site, any inappropriate adverts will not be shown.

In completing our equestrian survey you will be entered in to our monthly draw, information submitted to the survey will not be shared. The purpose of the survey is to gain feedback from the equestrian community

Blog terms

Equine classifieds offers free web space to the equestrian, the blog is designed for the equestrian community to ask each other questions and advice. equine classifieds monitors all entries made to the blog, and will remove any that are not suitable.
